Continuous dry cleaning: the most efficient, economic, eco-friendly way to scour grey fabrics and to improve color fastness.
Whether knits or wovens, a sophisticated and well-proven dry-to-dry technology facilitates an excellent cleaning performance for all kinds of stretch and synthetic-based fabrics.
The ability to remove all the spinning and weaving oils, silicon oils, unfixed dyestuffs and oligomers makes solvent scouring an outstanding cleaning technique for a wide range of fibres in both the synthetic field and wool sector.
This technique is frequently employed to treat an array of materials, which include stretch fabrics, polyamide/elastomer for underwear, active wear, automotive textiles, upholstery fabrics and technical textiles in general, wool and wool blends, wool-like and silk.
All machines belonging to the NOVA family have one thing in common, namely the use of perchloroethylene(PERC).
After extensive research with a number of alternatives, this solvent was adopted as a standard cleaning agent by SPEROTTO RIMAR many years ago. Its excellent scouring power and extremely low-energy requirement to be evaporated makes PERC especially suitable for this purpose. This intrinsic advantage of this choice is exploited to a maximum degree through the use of highly effective washing and drying sections, which feature:
counterflow-spraying nozzles
suction tubes to force PERC through the fabric
efficient design solutions for both its drum and belt-type dryers.
The NOVA range is also really ecofriendly, because:
there are no air exhausts, through which PERC could escape into the atmosphere
